Introducing automated collections. Using the power of the PBXact
phone system, you can automatically dial your customers and playback
a custom message - even have our text-to-speech engine read their
balance to them right over the phone. Everything is configured to
your specific business needs. Many businesses employ friendly reminder
collections that are initiated a few days after a balance has become
due and no payment has arrived. For extremely late accounts, aggressive
collections can call the customer numerous times a day.
We offer two options for our automated collections system - a hosted
platform and a standalone platform. The hosted platform resides
at our central location and we make the calls for you. You configure
everthing through a web interface, and can upload your collections
information in an Excel spreadsheet. The standalone edition plugs
right into your PBXact phone system and utilizes your outgoing phone
lines to call customers.

We can also create custom add-ons to your automated collections
system, such as the ability to accept credit cards over the phone
without any human interaction - the user is prompted for card information
and the card is processed immediately and funds are deposited into
your bank account.
