We are specifically in the early phases of a number of new technologies, including:
Voicemail Screening
Allows you to listen to a voicemail message as the person is recording it and pick up the phone call if you want to talk to that person.
Camp-On
If you are on the phone, a caller can request that the phone system calls them back as soon as you are off the phone. You are then automatically connected with that caller.
Inbound/Outbound Faxing
Gives you the ability to send and received faxes using your PBXact system. To send a fax you can simply print your documents using our PBXact Print driver or upload the document to our Fax Management portal.
