Intercom

The Intercom button is used to call any extension in your organization and have their phone automatically answer through the speaker phone. This feature is very useful when you want to ask someone a fast question and not wait for them to answer their phone.

To use this feature, press the Intercom button followed by either the other peron's extension button on your phone or dial their extension directly followed by the dial button. Their phone will beep, and you can start talking immediately. The extension that you called then has the ability to speak to you through their speaker phone or pickup the receiver for more privacy.
